Chicken Breast Marinated in Spicy Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon Vaalia Low Fat Natural yoghurt

  • 1 teaspoon garam masala

  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder

  • 2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 2 teaspoon fresh chopped coriander

  • 1 fresh red chilli

  • 4 x 150g chicken breasts, cubed

  • Lettuce

  • Pita bread

 

Directions

  1. Mix together the yoghurt, garam masala, chilli powder, lime juice, coriander and red chilli

  2. Marinate the chicken in the Vaalia Low Fat Natural yoghurt mixture overnight or for a couple of hours

  3. Preheat the barbecue to hot

  4. Thread the chicken onto kebab sticks and cook on the barbecue until the chicken is tender and cooked all the way through
  5. Serve with lettuce and pita bread
