Fruit Kebabs with Vaalia French Vanilla yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 4 bananas
  • 1 punnet of strawberries
  • 4 kiwi fruit
  • 4 mandarins
  • 200 g can of pineapple pieces, in natural juice, drained
  • 8 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for a few minutes to soften
  • 2 x 175g twin packs Vaalia French Vanilla yoghurt

 

Directions

  1. Peel and slice each banana into eight pieces.
  2. Wash the strawberries, peel and slice kiwi fruits into four wedges, peel and separate mandarins into segments.
  3. Thread pieces of banana, strawberry, mandarin, pineapple and kiwi fruit onto the skewers until all of the fruit is used.
  4. Serve with Vaalia French Vanilla yoghurt.
