Raspberry Muffins

Ingredients

 

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 100 grams of Vaalia Low Fat French Vanilla yoghurt
  • 2 cups of wholemeal plain white flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. In a mixer, cream together sugar and butter until smooth.
  3. Add Vaalia Low Fat French Vanilla yoghurt, vanilla essence, and raspberries, keep on mixing.
  4. Add the flour, nutmeg, baking soda and powder.
  5. Butter or spray the muffin tins. Pour the mix evenly into the tins.
  6. Bake for around 20 minutes, or until cooked.
