Ingredients

1 cup Vaalia Low Fat French Vanilla yoghurt
-
1/2 cup fresh (or thawed) raspberries

1/2 cup canola oil
-
1 cup rolled oats
-
1/2 cup sugar
-
1 1/4 cup self raising flour
-
1 small egg
-
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
-
1/2 cup choc chips
Directions

Preheat oven to 200°C

Mix the Vaalia Low Fat French Vanilla yoghurt and rolled oats together. Soak for 30 minutes

Mix in egg, sugar and oil
-
Fold in flour, vanilla extract, raspberries and choc chips

Put large spoonful of mixture into each hole of greased muffin tray
-
Bake for 15-20 minutes until top bounces back after poking
*The activity of the three active cultures is depleted by cooking and heating
