Yoghurt Berry Pots

Ingredients
- 3 cups Vaalia Natural yoghurt
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 300g mixed frozen or fresh berries
- zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- toasted flaked almonds, for serving
Directions
- Combine Vaalia Natural yoghurt, sugar and lemon zest until smooth. Fold through berries.
- Spoon yoghurt mix into 6 x 3/4 cup dishes and refrigerate.
- Pour maple syrup over yoghurt berry pots and garnish with flaked almonds and serve.
Variations:
- Replace berries for mango and maple syrup with fresh passionfruit.
