Ingredients

  • 3 cups Vaalia Natural yoghurt
  • 3/4 cup caster sugar
  • 300g mixed frozen or fresh berries
  • zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • toasted flaked almonds, for serving

Directions

  1. Combine Vaalia Natural yoghurt, sugar and lemon zest until smooth. Fold through berries.
  2. Spoon yoghurt mix into 6 x 3/4 cup dishes and refrigerate.
  3. Pour maple syrup over yoghurt berry pots and garnish with flaked almonds and serve.

Variations:

  • Replace berries for mango and maple syrup with fresh passionfruit.
