Ingredients

  • 2 x 150g tubs (1 cup) Vaalia Low Fat
    Apricot Mango Peach yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup iced water
  • 70g frozen mango cheeks, use from frozen

Directions

  1. Combine Vaalia yoghurt, sugar, ice cubes and iced water in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Puree frozen mangoes in blender until smooth. Drizzle mango puree down the sides of two tall glasses. Pour in yoghurt puree and swirl with a swizzle stick or skewer.
