Ingredients
- 2 x 150g tubs (1 cup) Vaalia
Low Fat
Apricot Mango Peach yoghurt - 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
- 1/4 cup iced water
- 70g frozen mango cheeks, use from frozen
Directions
- Combine Vaalia yoghurt, sugar, ice cubes and iced water in a blender and process until smooth.
- Puree frozen mangoes in blender until smooth. Drizzle mango puree down the sides of two tall glasses. Pour in yoghurt puree and swirl with a swizzle stick or skewer.
