Ingredients
- 2 x 150g tubs (1 cup) Vaalia Low Fat Lemon Creme yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
- 100g fresh Passionfruit Pulp mixed with zest and juice of 1 lemon
Directions
- Combine Vaalia yoghurt, sugar, ice cubes and iced water in a blender and process until smooth.
- Drizzle passionfruit puree down the sides of two tall glasses. Pour in lemon yoghurt puree and swirl with a swizzle stick or skewer.
