Chia Breakfast Bowl

Chia Breakfast Bowl


  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup Vaalia Natural Yoghurt
  • ½ cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
  • 150g blueberries
  • 3 strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 banana, sliced into thin rounds
  • Splash of vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp almonds, crushed into pieces
  • Sprig of mint


  • In a bowl, combine chia, Vaalia Natural Yoghurt, milk and vanilla and stir to combine. Place in the fridge overnight to set.
  • In the morning, stir again and top with fruit and nuts. Garnish with sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
