Luscious layers of fruit, Vaalia yoghurt (flavour of your choice) and toasted muesli.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Vaalia Low Fat Natural yoghurt / Vaalia Low
  • Fat Luscious Berry yoghurt or a Vaalia flavour of your
    choice
  • 2 tbsp honey (less if not using
    natural yoghurt)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 punnet raspberries
  • 1 punnet blueberries   
  • 2 cups toasted muesli or crunchy granola

Directions

  1. Place the yoghurt, honey and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well until combined.    
  2. Divide the yoghurt mixture evenly between 4 small bowls or glasses.   
  3. Top bowls or glasses with half of the toasted muesli and half of the raspberries or blueberries.
  4. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
