Yoghurt, Berry and Caramelised Peach Trifle - NEW!

Thanks to Vaalia Low Fat Luscious Berries Yoghurt, this trifle-with-a-twist is light and creamy, oozes flavour and also packs a healthy punch with its unique trio of probiotic cultures.
1 x 20cm basic sponge cake+, cut in half horizontally
½ cup (125ml) apple juice
1¹⁄³ cup (280g) Vaalia Low Fat Luscious Berries Yoghurt
375g mixed fresh berries
2 peaches, halved
¼ cup (55g) caster sugar

Directions
Cut 8 x 6.5cm circles from the sponge using a cookie cutter.
Place half the rounds in the base of 4 x 1¹⁄³ cup (330ml) capacity glasses.
Spoon over half the juice, half the yoghurt and half of the berries.
Top with the remaining sponge, juice, yoghurt and berries. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat. Press the peach halves in the sugar and cook, flesh-side down, for 2–3 minutes or until caramelised. Serve with the trifles.
